STEP 1 – APPLY
Find the role that you wish to apply for and simply click on ‘Apply now’. You then need to fill out a short application form and then upload your CV, covering letter and any other documents you feel are necessary to your application.
STEP 2 – NUMERICAL REASONING TEST
If you are applying for one of our Training or Part Qualified roles we will send you our online test to complete. This test takes between 20-30 minutes to complete and helps us to ascertain if you can work quickly and accurately with numeric information which will be an important part of your training qualification and role.
STEP 3 – PERSONALITY TEST
If you have been invited for a face-to-face interview we will ask you to complete an online occupational personality test prior to meeting us, which help to tell us a little more about your likely workplace preferences.
STEP 4 – FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW
For each role that we are recruiting for there will at least be one face to face interview. Our face to face interviews typically last around an hour and are held in the office where the role will be based. We try our best to find a date and time that suits our candidates. Our interviews also give candidates a chance to ask us any questions that they have and also talk us through their careers to date and share their experiences with us. We will sometimes invite you back for a second face to face interview so that other stakeholders can meet you and also to make sure that you are still interested in the position / find out more about us.
STEP 5 – JOINING US
If your interviews have been successful we will follow up with an email detailing our offer of employment usually within 2 weeks depending on other candidate interviews. If you accept our offer, we will agree a start date and send you all of your paperwork which needs to be signed an returned. Our recruitment team will keep in touch with you in the build up to your start date and can answer any questions you may have. Your first day with us will be started with a full induction where you get the chance to learn all the key information about joining AG! Your morning will be filled by meeting our HR Assistant Manager and Head of HR, a member of the Management board, our IT team, the marketing and business development team and finally our internal Finance team.
