We aim to provide a high-quality service to our clients. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the service you have received please contact the partner or director dealing with your affairs. We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly, to do all we can to explain the position to you and to do everything reasonable to address your concerns.
If the individual dealing with your affairs is unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction please contact our managing partner, Iain McVicar.
If the matter still cannot be resolved to your satisfaction you may, of course, take the matter up with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
