Laurence Russell
Insolvency Practitioner
Laurence is Albert Goodman’s Insolvency Practitioner. He heads up a team of specialists who deal with businesses and individuals when they hit hard times with a view to recovery, potentially through the use of the company and individual voluntary arrangements. Where this is not possible, other types of insolvency procedures may be appropriate such as administration, creditors voluntary liquidation, and bankruptcy. Solvent liquidations are also undertaken as a tax-efficient method for shareholders to extract funds from their companies utilising Entrepreneurs Relief. The starting point for all assignments is understanding the desired outcome and trying to achieve this, and peace of mind, wherever possible.
