Kate joined Albert Goodman in
2009 but had a break from Albert Goodman in 2016 to be a Director of a smaller,
but still agriculturally focused, South West accountancy practice before
re-joining Albert Goodman in 2020 as Partner.
Kate
has particular involvement in the agricultural industry, not just by working
with her agricultural clients, but is involved with various agricultural
charities and farming discussion groups. Kate is also kept entertained by
helping with her husband’s dairy farming business and can also be found also be
found on a tractor in Warwickshire in the Autumn cultivating on her parents
arable farm.
Kate
enjoys helping farming families of all shapes and sizes plan for their long
term future, providing both commercial, business and strategic advice. Kate
works with farms and diversified rural businesses across the whole of the South
West, travelling from Cornwall to Gloucestershire.
Kate
is often invited to speak at farming discussion groups. Topics vary from income
tax planning and practical capital allowances guides to business structures and
long term business planning.
