Andrew Law joined the Albert Goodman tax team in their Taunton office as a senior manager in 2019, having spent many years delivering tax advice to SME businesses and private individuals in various accountancy practices in the South West. Andrew’s career includes experience in a big four firm, as a tax partner in a provincial firm, and a period when he ran his own practice. Having first qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 Andrew quickly moved on to specialise in tax work and became a Chartered Tax Adviser.
Andrew’s view is that working in the field of taxation is a fulfilling role, helping people to develop their business and personal finances to achieve their ambition, whilst ensuring only the correct amount of tax is paid along the way.
When he hasn’t got his nose in tax legislation Andrew loves to read science fiction, enjoys music on his guitar, and spends time outdoors as much as possible with his dog.
