Our refund policy is in addition to your rights as set out in our letter of engagement and standard terms of business as issued to you at the start of our engagement with you.

If a client sends us money via Elavon and requests a return of the money, we can offer a refund minus any costs in connection with the online payment received and after taking into account any time costs and disbursements incurred in relation to the matter unless we are prevented from doing so by law.
