The support I received throughout was unmatched, and since finishing my qualifications, I have been encouraged to go out of my comfort zone, and feel like I am learning new things every day! No two days are the same, and I am really enjoying getting involved with all elements of HR and recruitment.
I now head up a lot of our trainee recruitment and am really proud to be able to be such an advocate for the training opportunities at Albert Goodman, after experiencing it firsthand. It really is so refreshing to be part of such an inclusive culture, and some of the relationships I have made here are absolutely ones I will hold onto.
