Tanya's role at AG covers Finance, Admin, IT, and Facilities, and through her role on the Management Board, she helps the Partners make strategic decisions.
Tanya likes to translate ‘the numbers’ into ideas that give the business a commercial focus. Whilst accurate reporting is important, she has also found that utilising soft skills is a great way to influence and lead on business change.

Outside of work Tanya's favourite things are family, friends, and her kittens ‘Pinot’ and ‘Noir’ *(which she says hints at another ‘favourite thing’)
