Sophie is the Recruitment Coordinator at Albert Goodman and joined in 2021, having worked in retail recruitment for 10 years.

Sophie oversees the recruitment of our experienced hires and is responsible for advertising vacancies, screening candidates, interviewing, and building talent pipelines. She is passionate about creating the best candidate experience and ensuring our Albert Goodman culture and values are reflected in our recruitment process.

Sophie enjoys the variety that the recruitment world brings, and she gets to engage with different people every day, starting their journey with AG!

Sophie is a foodie, and in her spare time loves nothing more than trying new recipes and discovering different places to eat. Sophie also likes to travel and spend time with her dog Otis.
