Sophie is the Recruitment Coordinator at Albert Goodman and joined in February 2021, having worked in retail recruitment for the past 10 years.

In Sophie’s role she promotes the recruitment brand, and is responsible for advertising vacancies, screening candidates, arranging interviews and building talent pipelines. Sophie is passionate about the use of social media in recruitment, and will regularly create content for our HR LinkedIn page.

Sophie enjoys the variety that the world of recruitment brings, and that she gets to engage with different people every day, and start their journey with Albert Goodman!

Sophie is a foodie, and in her spare time loves nothing more than trying new recipes and discovering different places to eat. Sophie also likes to run, and enjoys long walks at the weekends.
