Sarah started her career as a HR Business placement studying Business Studies at Debenhams head office. This role led Sarah to a 21 year career where she covered HR, Training and Recruitment whilst achieving her CIPD. Sarah joined Albert Goodman in April 2020 through a Screen! And she has never looked back. Sarah's role covers all aspects of HR & Recruitment across all the Offices as well as managing a team of 6. Sarah loves being part of a firm that recognises people, and their individual contribution as people are her passion.

Outside of work, Sarah has 2 sporty children that keep her very busy and she is usually on the side of a football or rugby pitch. Sarah also tries to keep fit when she can and loves socialising and having dinner with friends which usually includes a glass of wine or 2!
