Paul Hake
Partner
Paul has enjoyed a varied role at Albert Goodman and now focusses on his favoured area – working with family and owner-managed businesses to help both business and owners get to where they want to be. Building on a solid base of reliable information Paul builds relationships with his clients to understand what they are trying to achieve and build a plan to get there. This is often an interesting journey, which evolves over time.
Born and educated in Taunton, Paul successfully completed a four-year management training programme with a high street bank before joining Albert Goodman in 1992. He qualified in 1995 and became a partner in 2005. During his career Paul has worked with a wide variety of clients from start-ups to large regional businesses, charities, academies and of course, the owner managed businesses in which he now specialises. This exposure to such a varied mix has given Paul a wide range of commercial, financial and people experience to draw on to help his clients, tailoring his approach to suit each client and situation.
In his spare time, Paul is a keen supporter of short oval motor racing, exploring the country in his camper and watching football at all levels.
