Neil is Albert Goodman’s Corporate Finance specialist, having joined the firm in 2008. Neil trained with Deloitte in Nottingham and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 before moving to PwC in Bristol. Over the past 12 years, he has developed extensive corporate finance, audit, accountancy, and business advisory skills, over a wide range of companies and organisations, the majority of which require a statutory audit.
In addition to this, Neil also assists in undertaking valuations, expert witness reporting, buying and selling businesses, and other corporate finance projects such as management buyouts. Neil is a member of the Corporate Finance Network and is well placed to find a suitable buyer for your business and consistently achieves excellent sale prices.
Neil is based in our Taunton office but is also our Corporate Finance specialist covering Yeovil, Bristol, Weymouth and Weston-super-Mare.
