Mollie started as a HR administrator apprentice in February 2022, passing her apprenticeship and her CIPD qualification in 2023. Mollie works alongside the HR team dealing with general HR enquiries and tasks and is one of our Mental Health First Aiders. Mollie also heads up our Trainee Recruitment, arranging our recruitment days and attending career events.

Out of the office, Mollie is a fully qualified beauty therapist. She is also a keen runner, enjoys walking her German Shepherd, reading and going to the gym.
