Katie joined the firm in 2025 after managing a HR team at a Somerset-based Biotech company.

As a generalist HR Manager, Katie's role covers the management of the day-to-day HR operations. Katie is CIPD L5 qualified and also holds an ILM L5 Leadership & Management Qualification.

Out of the office Katie likes to run and also hit the beach with her family to catch a few waves on her surfboard!
