Iwona graduated with a Finance and Banking Master’s Degree in her native country Poland then studied International Management in Germany before coming to the United Kingdom in 2007.
She became ACCA qualified in 2013, while working for a local accountancy practice in the South West. She then took on various industry roles before returning to accountancy practice in 2017.
Iwona has been dealing with accountancy, tax and other financial matters facing GP practices, locum GPs, PCNs, consultants, and the wider medical profession since 2009. She has worked with a broad range of clients, from single-handed GP Practices to Super Partnerships, assisting clients with a variety of issues, from succession planning and cloud accounting to tax efficiencies, budgeting, and drawings projections.
She has a particular interest in bringing commercial focus to the medical profession, ensuring that the contractual income is maximised and any new streams of income are identified and explored.
Her industry experience allows her to identify and tackle daily operational challenges businesses face, so they can grow steadily and become more resilient.
Outside of work, Iwona enjoys playing music and travelling.
