Dawn joined Albert Goodman in 2012 and qualified in 2017 whilst working in the business services department in the Yeovil office. Throughout her time in Yeovil she helped look after a handful of medical clients, alongside gaining expertise with owner managed businesses and bookkeeping services for clients.
Since transferring to the medical team in 2019, Dawn has progressed to manager level and has built valued relationships with both new and existing clients. Now with substantial experience in dealing with the specific accounting and tax requirements of the medical sector, she continues to enhance her knowledge within this specialised field.
Dawn thoroughly enjoys being an additional cog in her clients’ businesses, guiding them on tax efficient strategies, and is most content when analysing figures and creating solutions within Excel.
Outside of work Dawn enjoys walking, running and spending time with her family. Dawn has previously run the Weston half marathon with Albert Goodman on behalf of Children’s Hospice South West, a charity who support her stepson and extended family, and as such are very close to her heart. Dawn’s goal is to get half-marathon fit again, if the injuries allow, despite saying she would never run the Weston half again!
