Beth joined AG in December 2021 after studying AAT Level 3 with a small bookkeeping firm.

Beth initially started in the Technical and Training team, mainly doing Silverfin setups. Beth then completed a secondment with the Farms and Estates team in 2023, where she has since remained. Beth’s family have a mixed farming background and it’s something she enjoys learning more about. In December 2025, Beth became ACA qualified.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys looking after her two horses and renovating her house.
