South West chartered accountancy firm celebrates the promotion of Lauren James to Partner in its Personal Tax team.
Leading South West-based chartered accountancy firm, Albert Goodman, has announced the promotion of Lauren James to Partner, effective 1 December 2025.
Lauren James, a Chartered Tax Adviser and full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), has more than 20 years’ experience in advising private clients. She specialises in advising high-net-worth clients on international and cross-border tax matters, including residency and domicile, inheritance tax, and capital gains.
Since joining Albert Goodman in 2024 Lauren has played a central role in growing the firm’s Personal Tax practice, supporting clients across the UK and overseas. As Partner, she will continue to lead the development of the team’s services and contribute to the firm’s strategic focus on private client and international tax advisory work.
