Payroll Client Relationship Manager
Helen Trowbridge is the Client Relationship Manager (Payroll) for the company and has worked in the payroll industry for 21 years having joined Albert Goodman LLP in April 2021. Her role within the company is to make the onboarding process for new clients as smooth as possible; ensuring that clients and their employees alike enjoy a seamless transition to the business. During her payroll career Helen has managed various different sized Payrolls across the UK and Southern Ireland and has more recently specialised in the reporting of Benefits in Kind. She enjoys the challenge of no two days being the same in her role and is passionate about delivering a customer focused and efficient service to her clients.
Helen lives in Somerset with her husband and young daughter and enjoys all of the opportunities that the county has to offer including her great loves of paddle boarding and cycling. She is also Treasurer for her local Women’s Institute Group and has previously volunteered at the Royal Bath and West Show to support them.
