Lyndsay Blackshaw joined Albert Goodman in 2011 from another large regional firm and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2012. Having progressed through the ranks over the past 8 years, Lyndsay has risen to the level of senior manager and has gained the wealth of experience that comes with that.
Lyndsay Blackshaw works out of the Yeovil office and looks after a large portfolio of clients. Lyndsay primarily works with owner-managed businesses and medical practices, to whom she provides expert accounting, tax and business advice.
Lyndsay grew up in Somerset and is a board member and active participant of the Somerset Chamber Young Professionals which looks to develop the careers of young people in the county. As a board member, Lyndsay works alongside Somerset Chamber of Commerce organising and planning regular networking opportunities.
Additionally, Lyndsay Blackshaw is a panel member for the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA) in the South West. The purpose of the ACCA South Western panel is to shape the ACCA activity in the area. Some of the key responsibilities of panel members are to act as ambassadors for ACCA, to promote ACCA to friends, colleagues and business contacts and to organise events for ACCA members and students to attend.
In her spare time, Lyndsay enjoys walking her border collies and play hockey for Chard Hockey Club.
