Are you looking for a new opportunity to showcase your communication and organisational skills? We could have the perfect role for you! We’re recruiting a Reception and Admin assistant to join our Yeovil office, working Mondays and Tuesdays.

In this role, you will provide support to the team on all administrative matters as well as working closely with the other reception / secretarial staff across the Firm. Working on our front desk you will be responsible for providing a professional, friendly and helpful reception and telephone service to all clients, visitors and staff whilst also completing back office administrative work.

Ideally (although not essential), the successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • Reception or telephone experience ideally in an office or high quality customer environment
  • Sound communication and telephony skills
  • Efficient typing and IT skills including MS office software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and be a good team player
  • Outgoing and socially confident
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
