As a Tax Manager, you will work closely with our Tax Partners, Directors, and other Senior Managers. You will help lead the Taunton and Firm wide Tax team whilst also delivering an exceptional Corporate and Business Tax service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have the following essential experience, skills, and attributes:

  • Business and Corporation Tax experience
  • Managerial experience
  • ACCA/ICAEW/CTA Qualified
  • Strong track record of Tax CPD and high level of current legislation knowledge
  • Excellent IT skills and software capability
  • Passionate about great service in order to provide a high level of client care

You may also have the following desirable experience, skills and attributes:

  • Approachable, team player and willing to act as a staff mentor to CTA trainees and newly qualified tax staff
  • Solid presentation and coaching skills with the ability to present to clients and staff
  • Socially confident and enjoys networking and business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient, pro-active, and strategic
