The role

We’re looking for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join the Business Services department in our modern Weston-super-Mare office.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking and planning assignments, as well as leading others in the management of year end compliance requirements including statutory accounts and tax returns. You will be accountable for a portfolio of clients / jobs, managing yourself and others whilst also being actively involved in the business development of the office and firm.

What we need from you

  • For you to be ACA or ACCA qualified, with 3-4 years post qualified experience
  • To be a confident and collaborative team player with experience of coaching or leading others
  • The ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service to clients and inspire others to do the same
  • Drive and ambition to grow and succeed
