As an Administrator you will be providing administrative support to a Financial Planning Senior Consultant. Your role will involve basic report writing, conducting research, processing and tracking new business, and communicating with clients and providers, always completing work to a high quality service standard.

The successful candidate will have the following essential skills and attributes:

  • Strong communication skills and a focus on client care
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Confidence in using IT software including Microsoft Excel
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills

You may also have the following desirable experience, skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience of using Intelligent Office client database/back office system
  • An interest in progressing with industry qualifications
  • An awareness of FCA compliance requirements
