A Sage Accounting Partner for just over one year, Albert Goodman scored highly due to the high quality of Sage training provided to its clients, and for its innovative schemes, such as free client workshops ensuring clients are getting the most out of the software.
To secure the accolade Albert Goodman clients had to participate in a customer survey with Sage, in which they ranked the service they felt they were getting from the firm. The average score for Albert Goodman was 10 out of 10!

Sage’s Marque of Excellence is a rewards programme that assesses the quality of service offered to clients by Sage’s 200 accounting partners across the UK. A points-based scoring system made up of three components, the software provided, quality of training offered and a survey of clients’ feedback, determines the accountancy firms’ rankings. Split into three regions, north, central and south, awards are presented to the first and second best performing firms in each area. Albert Goodman was awarded first for the South.
