We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Bridgwater office at Sedgemoor Auction Centre, Junction 24, this month. The new larger Bridgwater office will enable Albert Goodman to extend its services along the M5 corridor and into North Somerset. The team based at J24, will now be able to offer a full range of accountancy, business advisory and tax services, in addition to strengthening the growing agricultural specialist team in Bridgwater.
The new lease is the next step in Albert Goodman’s growth strategy, building upon the opening of larger offices in Weston-Super-Mare and a recent merger with successful North Somerset accountancy practice, T P Lewis & Partners, now known as Albert Goodman Lewis.
Commenting on the expansion, Managing Partner, Richard Bugler, says, “We are delighted to be expanding our office in Bridgwater. This represents a further commitment to providing our full range of services throughout Somerset and beyond. Bridgwater is a thriving town, with many fantastic businesses, and this expansion means we can offer even higher levels of client services.”
Following a 30 percent growth in agricultural clients in the past 12 months agricultural partner Iain McVicar said “The farming industry has recently experienced very challenging economic times, making high-quality advice even more valuable than ever before. Supporting farmers and rural businesses is one of our core strengths and has been for the past 150 years. Our investment in the expanded premises represents our deep commitment to the agricultural industry and ensures we can continue to provide the highest level of service to the farming community. As part of this, we are currently offering a free initial farm review and we’re confident that we can present innovative, cost saving or cash generation ideas for farmers during these meetings”
