Graduates

Albert Goodman is looking to train and develop graduates who could become our future partners and leaders. We have a strong track record in this area, as a number of our senior managers and partners started their career as a trainee at Albert Goodman and have stayed with us throughout their working life.

As a graduate you would normally join us in July/August and embark on a three year training programme, with the structured training taking place in Bristol.

We look for graduates who have achieved, or expect to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree, although the subject of your degree is not important. This will be supported by A/B grades at GCSE and A levels or equivalent.
